At Office Olympios, we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have in relation to your data. Please read it carefully.

About Office Olympios

Office Olympios is a workplace engagement and gamification platform developed and operated by NYTT. The App enables organisations to run team games, match fixtures, leaderboards, and achievement programmes for their employees.

This policy applies to all users of the Office Olympios mobile application available on the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.


02 — What We Collect and Why

Account Information

When you register, we collect your name, email address, and optionally a profile photo. This is required to create and manage your account within the platform.

Workplace Information

You may provide your team name, department, and organisation details. This information is used to assign you to the correct team and display your profile to colleagues.

Game and Activity Data

We collect game scores, match history, leaderboard rankings, achievements earned, and activity participation records. This data powers the core features of the App.

User-Generated Content

Any stories or posts you create and publish within the App are stored and displayed to other users in your organisation.

Device and Technical Information

We collect device type, operating system version, and a push notification token to deliver in-app alerts and game notifications to your device.

We do not sell your personal data. We never share your information with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.

We share data only in the following limited circumstances:

Organisation Admins Game management, team administration, and activity oversight
Legal Authorities When required by applicable law, regulation, or court order

05 — Storage and Security

All data is stored on Google Firebase servers, which are ISO 27001 certified and SOC 2/3 compliant. All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.2+ encryption.

Access to your data is controlled through Firebase Security Rules, which ensure that only authorised users within your organisation can access relevant information. Access to production systems is restricted to authorised NYTT personnel only.


06 — Retention Period

We retain your personal data for as long as your account remains active or as needed to provide you with the service. If you request deletion of your account, we will permanently remove your personal data within 30 days, unless retention is required to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.

Anonymised and aggregated data — such as overall game statistics — may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify any individual.

08 — Children's Privacy

Office Olympios is a workplace platform intended exclusively for individuals aged 18 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child has provided personal information, we will delete it promptly.


09 — Third-Party Services

The App uses Google Firebase as its backend infrastructure for authentication, data storage, and cloud messaging. Firebase is subject to Google's own privacy practices.

10 — Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or applicable laws. When we make material changes, we will notify you via a push notification or in-app notice at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

The effective date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
